Terms of Service

Last updated: November 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of SAUTH's website, dashboard, APIs and SDKs (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and your organization, including actions by team members you invite. Enable two-factor authentication for every account with administrative access.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • distribute malware, or software designed to harm, spy on or defraud its users;
  • process data you have no right to process;
  • attack, probe or overload the Service or other customers;
  • circumvent plan limits, rate limits or security controls;
  • resell access to the Service itself without our written agreement.

We may suspend applications or accounts that violate these rules, prioritising the safety of end users. Where practical we will notify you first.

3. Your data and your users

You keep all rights to the data you and your end users provide. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process your end users' data and for informing them, for example in your own privacy policy. Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Security

We protect the Service with measures described in our documentation. No licensing or authentication system can make client software impossible to crack or tamper with, and we do not promise that it will. Keep your seller and API keys on your own servers.

5. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period. Limits for each plan are listed on the pricing page. If a payment fails we may restrict creating new resources until it is resolved; existing licenses continue to validate during a reasonable grace period.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Current health is shown on the status page. We may change features; we will give reasonable notice before removing functionality you rely on or making breaking API changes.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms. After termination you can request an export of your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue from software piracy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard or by email before they take effect; the date above shows the latest version.
